How do I start showing and selling De Milo products to my customers? Purchase a wedding invitation portfolio. The cost is $350 for the Classic De Milo Collection. $400 for Sustain & Heal. Call 626 403 0317 to order.
spaceWhat's your minimum order? Minimum order for stock items such as thank you cards is $50. There is no minimum quantity for wedding invitations, however the price per unit goes up for smaller orders. Increments are not necessary.
spaceWhat do you mean by "increments not necessary?" Most invitation providers have minimums and/or increments of 25 or 50 and you're locked into those numbers. If you use our online calculator and ordering system, you can order whatever odd number of each piece you like. For example, if you want 62 invitations and 87 envelopes, go ahead and enter those quantities in the price calculator. It will calculate the MSRP for you as well as give you your wholesale price.
spaceWhat's your turnaround? Usually 4-6 weeks. For indecisive customers who stretch out the proofing process turnaround time is indefinite. If you choose to use the online ordering system turnaround can be compressed to as little as 2-3 weeks.
spaceHow do I order? There are three ways to submit an order. Click here for descriptions and benefits of each and pick the one that works for you.
spaceWhat's a press date? For nearly ten years we've been successfully using a "reserve a press date" system that helps customers control the turnaround time. It is especially helpful with wedding orders that need quick turnaround because it allows us to schedule ahead of time without actually having the wording in place. Step two of our 4-step online ordering system allows you to view De Milo's production calendar and choose what date your job will be printed even before you are ready to submit the order. It also tells you when the final approved proof must be submitted to meet that deadline so you can plan ahead. Click here to watch a tutorial movie on how to use this optional tool.
spaceHow do you do proofing? Proofs usually come as an emailed pdf. Click here to download a sample pdf proof. If you prefer a faxed or mailed proof indicate that in your order.
spaceCan the packages be customized? Any piece that has personal information (such as names, address, etc..) can be altered. Some designs have preprinted colors in the background that can be changed for a special press run charge. Almost anything is possible if it suits your customer’s budget.
spaceDo you accept rush orders? Yes, as our press schedule permits. Call to discuss orders with a shorter than two week turnaround time or if the production calendar is full.
spaceCan you ship outer envelopes early? Yes. A special setup on the press for an early envelope press run is $100.
spaceWhat if I need to cancel a wedding order? Canceled orders prior to completion of the first proof (within 2-3 days of order submission) incur no charges. There is a $100 proof fee if canceled after completion of the first proof. No refund is given for canceled orders that have gone to production.

spaceWhat forms of payment do you accept? Credit card is the preferred method of payment. De Milo accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. A mailed check is also fine. A deposit of $500 or 50% (whichever is the lower amount) is due before we print each order. The balance is charged to your credit card when the order ships. Payment of the balance by check is net 30.
