Refunds and Returns All stock products must be returned in original condition within 15 business days. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Invitations are non-refundable. Press reservation deposits are also non--refundable, but if our workload allows we can reschedule for a later date.
Shipping In stock pre-printed items ship 1-3 days from the original order date. Wedding invitations usually ship within 2 business days of the press date.
Proofing Final proofs must be received no later than 3 business days prior to the press date.
Final Sign Off Once a proof has been approved, changes (even seemingly small ones) will most likely cause extra expense, delay, or both. Read the proof carefully before signing off!
